Estos son los nóminados a los premios Oscar

La cinta El renacido (The Revenant), del director mexicano Alejandro González Iñárritu, competirá en las categorías de Mejor película, Mejor actor y actor de reparto para Leonardo DiCaprio y Tom Hardy, respectivamente, y Mejor fotografía para el mexicano Emmanuel Lubezki.

González Iñárritu también buscará su segunda estatuilla a la Mejor dirección, tras ganar el año pasado con Birdman.

Mad Max: Fury Road, la cuarta entrega de esta saga post-apocalíptica, llegará a la ceremonia de los Oscar con 10 candidaturas, entre ellas las de Mejor película y Mejor director para George Miller.

La odisea espacial The Martian, del cineasta Ridley Scott, obtuvo siete nominaciones, incluida la de su protagonista Matt Damon.

Puente de espías, de Steven Spielberg, Carol, de Todd Haynes, y Spotlight, de Tom McCarthy, recibieron seis candidaturas cada una.

Colombia estará presente por primera vez en una edición de los Oscar de la mano de El abrazo de la serpiente, dirigida por Ciro Guerra.

En cuanto a actuaciones, que notablemente no incluyeron a Idris Elba por Beasts of No Nation ni a Benicio Del Toro por Sicario, todos los nominados fueron blancos al igual que el año pasado, cuando la Academia de las Artes y Ciencias Cinematográficas fue fuertemente criticada por esto.

Las siguientes son las nominadas este jueves al Oscar a Mejor actriz, que se entregará en una gala el 28 de febrero en Los Ángeles: Cate Blanchett por Carol, Brie Larson por La habitación, Jennifer Lawrence por Joy, Charlotte Rampling por 45 años, Saoirse Ronan por Brooklyn.

Por su parte, en las nominaciones a mejor actor, Leonardo DiCaprio fue nominado por The Revenant, y tendrá como rivales a Bryan Cranston (Trumbo), Matt Damon (The Martian), Michael Fassbender (Steve Jobs) y Eddie Redmayne (The Danish Girl).

Los Oscar serán entregados el domingo 28 de febrero en el teatro Dolby de Hollywood.
