Patrick Leahy, Chris Dodd y Russ Fiengold, three U.S senators from the Democratic Party, wrote a letter to Secretary of State Hillary Clinton in which they describe the worrying situation of Human Rights in Colombia and ask president Obama's administration to limit the military aid to the country.
