Colombian Vice president tells the UN that the phone tappings weren’t ordered by the government

During a meeting with the United Nations Human Rights Council, Colombian VP Francisco Santos Calderón referred to the DAS scandal. He said that he DAS is being investigated. The main goal of Santos during this three day meeting in Geneva is to discuss Colombia’s human rights situation.
