Colombian Ambassador to the OAS Resigns

Colombian Ambassador to the OAS Camilo Ospina will leave his position next June 18.
"Allow me to show my gratitude for the honor of having being able to serve Colombia and defend its interests", Ospina told President Uribe in his resignation letter. Ospina was Defense Minister before Juan Manuel Santos and is one the principal candidates to replace Attorney General Mario Iguarán whose period ends next August 31st. He was in the position since July 2006.
