Deputy Secretary of State congratulates Colombia

In his visit to Colombia, Hillary Clinton's right hand in the Department of State of the United States, James D. Steinberg, affirmed Colombia was a "very successful case." He refrained from discussing the Free Trade Agreement between both countries, and said he saw important progress in human rights. He also said his visit was meant to strengthen ties and that while everything was going in the right direction, may challenges remained.
