Farc guerrilla recognize the assassination of Governor

The rebel group says it killed Caqueta’s Governor Luis Francisco Cuellar, after kidnapped him, because President Alvaro Uribe ordered a military rescue. The fact occurred on December 21st when Cuellar was found with the throat slashed, few hours after the seizure. It was the fifth time he was kidnapped by the Farc since 1987.
