Germán Vargas Lleras announced his vice presidential candidate

On Thursday, presidential candidate Germán Vargas Lleras presented Elsa Noguera as his vice presidential formula and possible Finance Minister. Noguera is an economist and former Treasure Secretary in Barranquilla city. In the next few days, she will submit the Caribbean Commitment, a document of principles and goals to help undertake the economic and social debt of the Caribbean coast region. The deadline for the candidates to register the names of the Vice President is next Friday and Vargas Lleras was the first one to make the announcement.
