Guerrilla who escaped with kidnapped former congressman had hearing for the crime of rebellion

Wilson Bueno Largo, alias ‘Isaza', the guerrilla who helped former congressman Óscar Tulio Lizcano escape from the Farc, had a hearing today for his apparent responsibility in the crime of rebellion.

‘Isaza’ declared in front of a prosecutor of Pereira for the crime of rebellion to start the procedure ordered by the prosecutors office of Istmina in the state of Chocó (north west of the country) , were the investigation is taking place. There is another process for rebellion against ‘Isaza’ at a prosecutor’s office in the state of Risaralda which is already in its trial stage.

The turned in guerrilla will stay at the battalion in San Mateo in the capital of Risaralda while the prosecutor’s office clears up his judicial situation.
