Juan Manuel Santos: "Re-election is not dead"

Former minister of defense and leader of the pro-government La U party, Juan Manuel Santos, affirmed that the second re-election is not dead. He urged Colombians to remember that four years ago, the document that initiated the debate in the Constitutional Court was negative and nonetheless, re-election happened. He also said that his party would not inscribe any presidential candidate if re-election was allowed. If not, he will run for presidency.
