Key political chief of the FARC is captured

‘Commander Romel’, as Walter Tapiero is also known, was captured in Bosa, in the south of Bogotá during an action by the Colombian police division ‘Dijin’.Tapiero belonged to the first front of the FARC and he used to be the direct responsible fot the supplies of the hostages freed in ‘Operación Jaque’. It is also known that he participated in the attacks of Mitú and Miraflores.
