Lecture about abortion

HEADLINES

The General Prosecutor, Alejandro Ordóñez, endorsed the Constitutional Court’s ruling, which requires the lecture of women’s rights before the abortion. The Colombian women can abort when they have been raped, when their life is at risk, and when there is a fetal malformation. The state, control agencies, and other public entities, must inform both women and men on the circumstances in which this practice can be performed.
