Minister of Defense says the army is closing in on the FARC Secretariat

“We are behind all the members of the Secretariat, we are getting close to them”, said Juan Manuel Santos, Minister of Defense, during an interview with Caracol radio station. Santos revealed that around three or four members of the Secretariat are currently living abroad, but he did not give information on the countries which could be hiding them.
