President Uribe: Chavez has erected a "Berlin Wall"

Upon his return from the Iberoamerican Summit in Estoril, Portugal, President Uribe affirmed the economic embargo Chavez had imposed against Colombia was unfair and illegal.He also requested Chavez to protect the colombians that live in Venezuela, just as the venezuelans who live in Colombia enjoy security and protection.
