Santos names Minister of Communications

President-elect Juan Manuel Santos designated Diego Molano Vega as his Minister of Communications and Information Technology. Molano, who currently serves in the Corporate Relations office at Telefónica for Latin América, said that he intends to implement plans so that technology helps Colombians to overcome problems related with poverty and education.
