The ICC should not judge false positive cases: General Freddy Padilla

According to the commander of Colombia's Armed Forces, Freddy Padilla, the national justice system should try the soldiers involved in the "false positive" cases, instead of the International Criminal Court (ICC). Padilla’s reaction comes after the ICC requested access to all the documents related to the extra judicial killings, in which the army murdered civilians and reported them as guerrilla members killed in battle.
