Minister of Defense Rodrigo Rivera stated that “there’s no dialogue with terrorists”, referring to a request made by the FARC, which suggested that this guerrilla should be invited to the UNASUR summit. The insurgents, as written in a letter posted in Anncol news agency, want to present their “vision on the conflict” during this international meeting.
