UN will donate 5 million dollars to Colombia to fight poverty

Top UN humanitarian official Under-Secretary-General for Humanitarian Affairs and Emergency Relief Coordinator John Holmes will visit Chocó Province in Western Colombia to present a 5 million dollar donation to fight poverty in the region. During his three day visit, Holmes will travel to some of the most vulnerable communities in Chocó and will hold an interview Interior Minister Fabio Valencia Cossio and Luz Amanda Pulido, Chief Director of Disasters Prvention and Attention.
