Venezuela reconsiders Colombian electricity offer

Venezuela's Energy Minister, Alí Rodríguez, said that as soon as Colombia makes a formal offer, the country will decide or not to buy electricity in order to face up the energy crisis. On Monday, the Vice President, Elías Jaua, rejected Colombia’s proposal. Brazil also made a similar offer to the neighboring nation.
