Second swine flu death in Colombia

Jun 23 -- Colombia on Sunday reported its second swine flu death with three more fatalities suspected to involve the virus, as the pandemic continued its slow but steady march across South America.

The confirmed victim, a 28-year-old man, became infected with the A(H1N1) virus without leaving the country, National Health Institute (INS) director Juan Gonzalo Lopez said.

It was "a very aggressive case," he said, adding that the man died Friday two days after falling ill with swine flu symptoms.
