Colombia to take Venezuela case to International Criminal Court

Guillermo Mendoza Diago, Colombia’s General Prosecutor, stated on Thursday that the evidence of guerrilla camps in Venezuelan territory, which was shown by the ambassador to the OAS, might be taken to the International Criminal Court. He justified the intention in the fact that guerrillas commit crimes against humanity and then seek refuge across the border.
