27 de marzo de 2009

A Colombian court found several soldiers to be responsible for shooting a journalist in 1991. The court ordered the Colombian government to pay $380,000 U.S dollars to indemnify the journalist’s family. The murdered reporter, Henry Rojas, was a correspondent in Bogotá and was killed in the city of Arauca after he had reported on alleged corruption in the local mayor’s office.
