Colombian thief extradited to the U.S.

Colombian authorities captured Roberto García Diazgranados, wanted by the Florida District Court for stealing several electrical equipment on different cities of that country. He was arrested by the police in Popayán, capital of the western department of Cauca. García Diazgranados is the first Colombian citizen extradited for the crime of theft.
