Ecuador denounces apparent presence of Colombian paramilitary group in its territory

Ecuador’s defense ministry denounced that 20 members of a Colombian paramilitary group known as “Aguilas negras” entered its country’s territory on Sunday. The men were armed and apparently searching for a person they wanted to kill. They went to a bar in the northern town of Borbón, and according to the official report left three people injured after their raid.
