Obama Administration to cut aid to Colombia

On Monday president Barack Obama and his economic team presented the budget for 2011. Continuing with the declining trend that started in 2007, the amount of money destined to aid Colombia in the war against drugs has decreased in about 55 million dollars. For 2011, Colombia will recieve an approximate sum 464.5 million dollars destined to military and social components of Plan Colombia.
