Sentences of the ICC could be enforced in Colombia

The International Criminal Court (ICC) President, Sang-Hyun Song, will meet with President Juan Manuel Santos during his two-day visit to Colombia. In the reunion, both presidents will sign an agreement that will allow the ICC to send prisoners to pay their sentence in Colombia. This way, our country will be the first nation in Latin America and the Caribbean region to do so. Sang-Hyun Song will also meet with the Attorney General, Viviane Morales; the Minister of Interior and Justice, German Vargas; the General Prosecutor, Alejandro Ordóñez; and the presidents of both the Supreme Court and the Constitutional Court.
