El musical de Los Angeles de Damien Chazelle "La La Land" encabeza la lista de nominados a los Globos de Oro con siete candidaturas, mientras que el celebrado relato de Barry Jenkins sobre el paso a la adultez, "Moonlight", obtuvo seis.

"La La Land" recibió nominaciones a mejor película musical o de comedia y le mereció candidaturas a astros, Emma Stone y Ryan Gosling. Chazelle figura entre los candidatos a mejor director, anunció el lunes la Asociación de la Prensa Extranjera de Hollywood, que otorga estos reconocimientos.

"Moonlight" se impuso en las categorías dramáticas con postulaciones que incluyen mejor película. Las otras candidatas en este rubro son "Manchester by the Sea", "Lion", "Hell or High Water" y "Hacksaw Ridge" de Mel Gibson.

Meryl Streep recibió su 30a nominación a los Globos, como mejor actriz en una película musical o de comedia, por su trabajo en "Florence Foster Jenkins".
