Spain’s Crown Prince Honors Terror Victims in Colombia

May 28 -- Spain’s Crown Prince Felipe on Wednesday honored the 55 victims of the 1985 attack on Colombia’s Palace of Justice and condemned terrorist acts, all of “which disregard the most basic human rights.”

The prince spoke a few hours after being received along with his wife, Letizia, with full honors by Colombian President Alvaro Uribe on his first official visit to the Andean nation.

Felipe delivered a speech at the seat of the Colombian judiciary, where 24 years ago 11 judges and 44 other people lost their lives.
