Amnesty International (AI) asked Spain’s government to “transfer” a group of concerns about Human Rights’ violation in Colombia to president-elect Juan Manuel Santos, during his upcoming visit to Madrid. In a letter sent this Wednesday by the organism to president José Luis Rodríguez Zapatero, A.I. highlighted the importance of several issues such as the attacks against Human Rights defenders and against minority groups, as well as the legal processes that are being handled by military justice.
