Colombian Senate approves re-election bill

On Wednesday, the Colombian Senate approved a bill that calls for a re-election referendum 56-2 votes, after the opposition left the session denouncing lack of guarantees. The next step will be to present the bill in the Chamber of Deputees, the lower house of Congress.
