Uribe travels around South America to explain US-Colombian military deal

Colombia’s President has decided to officially visit other South American countries, after a proposed deal to allow US military use of Colombian bases sparked controversy in the region. Uribe plans to visit his counterparts in Perú, Chile, Brazil, Argentina, Uruguay and Paraguay.
